Josh — the moment The Anchor paid out.

Every eligible tip is calculated automatically from POS and timesheet data, then paid straight into each staff member's own account — instantly, in full.

The promise

Counted in full. Paid in full. Shown in full.

Every tip that was collected, all of what’s yours, and the workings behind it.

Instant

Paid straight into your bank account. No card top-ups, no transfer fees, no middleman.

No clip, ever

You get 100% of what’s allocated to you. Tip Sheet is paid for by the venue, and we have never taken a cent from a hospitality worker’s pocket. We never will.

Every tip counted

Tip data pulled straight from your venue’s POS. The pool is what was collected, not what somebody typed in.

Nothing hidden

Payout reporting shows how every amount was built. Your tips arrive with the workings, not as a number with no explanation.

In their words

What people are saying

I don't have to come in on a day off to pick up an envelope anymore. It just lands in my account on the Tuesday.

Marcus T.Bartender, Sydney CBD

Used to be cash in an envelope with a number written on it. Now I can see the shifts, the hours, all of it. Makes a difference knowing where it came from.

Elena V.Floor Supervisor, harbourside restaurant

Before this, tips ran two or three weeks behind. Everyone would be asking the manager when it was coming. That doesn't happen now.

Tom B.Chef de Partie, Melbourne

The cash thing was a hassle. You'd get it Friday night, carry it around, then remember to bank it. Straight into my account is just easier.

Hannah L.Waiter, inner-city wine bar

I used to spend half my week fielding questions about tips. Now it's calculated, it's paid, and nobody's chasing me.

Ryan C.Venue Manager, multi-site group

You just trust that it's all being shared out properly. I've never had that before, and it's one less thing to think about.

Fair question

What is tip pooling anyway?

A hundred-year-old idea, not a modern deduction.

Pooling began in 1920s France. Tips went into a tronc — literally a collecting box — and one trusted person divided them across the team. The thinking hasn’t changed since: the person who carried the plate was never the only reason the night worked. Tip Sheet is that box, modernised. The split is automatic, the workings are visible, and nobody has to be the Troncmaster.

More on how tip pooling works

Getting paid

Nothing to download. Nothing to sign up for.

No app to install, no account to create, no identity checks to clear. Card and wallet products are regulated financial services, and they come with the identity checks and ongoing obligations that go with that. Tip Sheet is a business tool your venue runs, so your money simply moves bank to bank.

Every eligible tip flows into the pool automatically, straight from the POS.

Staff exclusive

Know a venue? Earn $500.

Refer a business to Tip Sheet and collect $500 cash once they sign up and stay. Tell us who they are, we do the rest — you don’t have to pitch anything.

Submit a referral
  • 1

    Fill in the form

Your details and the venue you’re referring. About sixty seconds.

    We take it from there

Our team reaches out and walks them through it. You don’t need to do a thing.

  • 3

    Collect your $500

Paid directly to you once they complete three months on a paid plan.
