Refer & Win — Terms & Conditions

The Refer & Win program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are currently employed as hospitality staff at venues that use the Tip Sheet platform.

The following people are not eligible to participate:

• Tip Sheet employees and contractors
• Immediate family members of Tip Sheet employees or contractors

A referral is submitted by completing the online form at tipsheet.com.au/refer-and-win.

By submitting the form, the referrer confirms that they have the consent of the referred contact to share their details with Tip Sheet for the purposes of this program.

A referral is considered valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred business is not an existing Tip Sheet customer at the time of referral.
• The referred business is not already an active lead being tracked in Tip Sheet's sales pipeline at the time of referral.

The referral fee of $500 AUD (inclusive of any applicable taxes) is payable to the referrer after the referred business:

• Signs up to a paid Tip Sheet subscription; and
• Completes 3 consecutive months of subscription payments without cancellation or default.

Only one referral fee is payable per business sign-up, regardless of how many individuals submit a referral for the same business. In the event of multiple valid referrals for the same business, Tip Sheet will pay the referral fee to the first validated referrer only.

Payment of the referral fee will be made to the referrer's nominated bank account within 14 business days of the qualifying event.

Tip Sheet will contact the referrer via the email address provided at the time of submission to arrange payment details. It is the referrer's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

The referral fee may constitute assessable income for Australian tax purposes. Tip Sheet does not provide tax advice. The referrer is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the referral fee, and is encouraged to seek independent tax advice if required.

Tip Sheet reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Refer & Win program at any time and without prior notice.

Referrals submitted prior to any cancellation or modification will be honoured subject to these terms, provided the referral was valid at the time of submission.

By participating, the referrer consents to the collection and use of their personal information (and the personal information of the referred contact, where provided with that person's consent) in accordance with Tip Sheet's Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected through this program will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Refer & Win program and contacting the referred business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
